• What does pre-order mean?
Pre Order is purchasing a item(s)  before it is available
  • Update on the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order. (Once the package is in transit) 

You could also track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

  • Can I refund my order?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds! We do offer store credit & exchanges depending on the matter of the situation. After receiving the returned item back we will offer a exchange or store credit. 
  • My item is damaged how do I go about this?

All items are inspected before being shipped out, if your item has a defect contact us immediately!

All damaged items will have to be returned before a new item can be re-shipped.

  • Why does my tracking number say "No Shipping Record"
Normally, tracking numbers are made before an actual product is shipped or has not yet been updated by the shipping provider. The way processing works we get everyone’s packages ready and then we ship them out. Please allow up to 1-3 weeks (business days) for processing. There is only 1 person handling the packages. If there is a major holiday all orders will not begin to be processed until after the holidays are over.
  • Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns in these following conditions:
  • The item shouldn't have been used in any way
  • The return or exchange request is made within 5 days of delivery
  • The customer pays their own return fees
  • How long does it take to process my return? 
  • Once the return has been received at our warehouse a new item will be issued within 1-4 weeks of accepting your return

 Our forms of payments are Afterpay, AmazonPay, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, Western Union, Money Gram or Bank Transfer.

  • What are your shipping methods?
Each item is different, depending on the item of which country it will be shipped from will determine the shipping times. Add the item to your chart, and at checkout your shipping fees will be calculated.
  •  Delays with UPS / USPS / FedEx Package?
Once the order has been received by shipping provider we no longer are responsible for the order. Any issues with package location or delivery delays must be taking up with the shipping provider directly!
  • It’s been a month and my package still isn’t here, what’s going on?
  • In some cases this can happen especially if your package is shipped international. Right now the best thing for you to do is Call USPS to understand arrival times.
  • Please note that if your package hasn’t reached the US yet we can not answer all your questions until then you will have to check back for more updates
  • PLEASE NOTE SOME PROCESSING TIMES MAY EXCEED PAST 1-3 WEEKS depending on how quickly the package is cleared through customs

Some people may claim it is a scam because of long shipping times but we make it clear in the refund policy that shipping can take up to 1-4 weeks, not including weekends or holidays.
